Dhootapapeshwar Saptamrut Loha Tablet is an ayurvedic medicine for diseases of eye like diminished/blurred vision, itching, burning, night blindness, cataract, etc. It also helps in case of premature graying of hair.

Ingredients:

Each Tablet contains:

Choorna of Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit pericarp, Bibhitaka (Terminalia bellirica) fruit pericarp, Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit pericarp, Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra) stem & root each: 50 mg and Loha bhasma: 50 mg, processed in Madhu, Goghruta each: q.s.

Preservatives used: Sodium benzoate.

Dosage & Anupan:

•   2-4 tablets twice or thrice a day or as directed by the physician.
•   Preferably consume with cow ghee, honey, cow milk or Triphala ghruta.

Pathya (Preferred):

•   Diet: Well cooked, easy to digest food, cow milk, cow ghee, carrots, beetroot, green leafy vegetables.
•   Lifestyle: Regular habits of sleeping.

Apathya (To be avoided):

•   Diet: Spicy, oily, salty food, fermented food.
