Each Tablet contains:
Yashada bhasma: 156.250 mg, Maricha (Piper nigrum) fruit chooma: 78.125 mg choorna, Navaneeta: 15.625 mg, processed in Nimboo (Citrus limon) fruit swaras: q.s.
Preservatives used: Sodium benzoate.
Dosage & Anupan:
- 1-2 tablets twice or thrice a day or as directed by the physician.
- Preferably consume with cow milk or lukewarm water.
Pathya (Preferred):
- Diet: Light but nutritious food, cow milk, cow ghee, pomegranate juice, beetroot, spinach, tender coconut water, green gram, lukewarm water.
- Lifestyle: Relaxation.
Apathya (To be avoided):
- Diet: Spicy food, oily food, stale or fermented food, pigeon peas, horse gram.
- Lifestyle: Strenuous physical work, keeping late nights, suppression of natural urges.
