Ingredients:
Each Tablet contains:
Shodhit Parada: 5.263 mg, Shodhit Gandhaka, Tamra bhasma, Saindhava lavana each: 2.632 mg, Mandoora bhasma: 15.789 mg, Shodhit Guggulu (Triphala shodhit) (Processed Commiphora wightii) exudate: 63.158 mg, choorna of Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) rhizome, Maricha (Piper nigrum) fruit, Pippali (Piper longum) fruit each: 31.579 mg, Kanchanara (Bauhinia variegate) stem bark: 63.158 mg, Processed in Goghruta q.s.
Preservatives used: Sodium benzoate.
Dosage & Anupan:
- 2 tablets twice or thrice a day or as directed by the Physician.
- Preferably consume with Mahasudarshan Kadha, Mahamanjishthadi Kadha or lukewarm water.
Pathya (Preferred):
- Diet: Shali rice, barley, green gram, snake gourd, drumstick, easily digestible food.
- Lifestyle: Fasting, slow walk after meals, regular habits of sleeping.
Apathya (To be avoided):
- Diet: Milk or milk products that aggravates the Kapha dosha, curd, sugarcane juice, dried meat, sweets, sour food, heavy food.
- Lifestyle: Irregular habits of sleeping e.g. afternoon siesta, sedentary habits.
