Composition:
Each 5 g prepared from powder of the following:
Talisha (Abies webbiana, Lf.): 0.111 g, Maricha (Piper nigrum, Fr.): 0.222 g, Shunthi (Zingiber officinale, Rz.): 0.333 g, Pippali (Piper longum, Fr.): 0.444 g, Vamsha (Bambusa bambos, S.C.): 0.222 g, Sukshmaila (Elettaria cardamomum, Fr.), Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum, St.Bk.) each: 0.055 g & Sharkara: 3.555 g.
Dosage:
- 2-3 g (1/2-1 teaspoonful) two times a day.
- Preferably to be taken mixed with honey & ghee or as directed by the physician.
Diet: Light and easily digestible foods.
Avoid: Heavy, oily and spicy food.
