Nature care contains finely processed Isabgol husk, which absorbs more water for a greater effect with a smaller dose. Isabgol helps to relieve constipation & promotes a healthy digestive system. Nature care is not habit forming.

Dosage Information & Directions for Use -
- 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5 - 10 g) at bedtime for adults & children above 12 years or as directed by the physician.
- Use a dry spoon to measure nature care into a clean tumbler.
- Fill up with approx. 200 ml of water. Stir briskly.
- Drink at once. Follow up with a full glass of water.

Dabur Nature Care Isabgol is a powdered Pysillium-based natural laxative for relief from constipation. It is a specially formulated, triple refined admixture of Isabgol and select adjuvants. Nature Care Isabgol increases the total surface area available for fluid absorption within the digestive tract. It is completely free of effervescent and other harmful chemicals, and is carefully balanced to reduce salt content. With no risk of side effects and an improved flavor and mouth feel, Dabur Isabgol treats conditions like chronic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and Hypercholestramia. The dosage for adults is one teaspoonful 2-3 times a day and half teaspoonful 2-3 times a day for children. It is completely safe for human consumption and can be taken even during pregnancy & lactation. The powder comes in a 100gm pack.
