Dabur Janma Ghunti is an Ayurvedic medicine that plays a dual role in all-round growth of infants. Dabur Janma Ghunti acts as an effective remedy for stomach ailments arising out of teething such as flatulence, constipation, diarrhoea, vomiting etc. It also helps in the growth process by expelling intestinal worms and toning up the digestive system of the infant with the goodness of traditional ayurvedic ingredients like Anjeer, Kishmish, Ajwain etc. Anjeer is good for the infant's liver as it acts as a cooling and soothing agent for the stomach and has high nutritive value. Kishmish is an expectorant, laxative and blood purifier and is useful in fevers and colds arising due to thrush in children. Ajwain prevents flatulence, indigestion, colic dyspepsia and diarrhoea. Other than that, it contains sanai which is a mild laxative, vach which prevents flatulence and palas beej which expels intestinal worms. The syrup comes in a 60ml bottle. A few drops of janma ghunti is to be mixed with 3ml of water and given to infants twice daily. The syrup comes in a 60ml bottle.

Palas Beej & Bidang: Expel intestinal worms.
Vach: Prevents flatulence & loss of appetite. Useful in dyspepsia and choleric diarrhoea.
Amaltas: Acrts as a laxative, especially for habitual constipation.
Sanai: Mild laxative.
Also contains: Saunf, Unnab & Gulab Jal.
How to use :-
1 to 3 months -
1ml (20 drops), 4 to 6 months - 2.5 ml (approx. half small spoon), 7 months and
above - 5 ml (approx. 1 small spoon) or as directed by physician.
