Product Information - Dabur Ashokarishta is especially helpful in reducing menstrual cramps and period pains in women. It is an ayurvedic health tonic beneficial for women in difficulties during their menstrual days.

Ingredients - 

Each 100ml is prepared from the Ext. derived from the following - Ashoka (Saraca Ashoca, St. Bk.) 26.62g and Powder of the following - Guda 53.24g, Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa, Fl) 4.26g, Musta (Cyperus Rotundus, Rz), Shunthi (Zingiber Officinale, Rz.), Daruharidra (Berberis Aristata, St.), Utpala (Nymphaea Stellata, Fl), Amalaki (Emblica Officinalis, P.), Bibhitaka (Terminalica Balerica, P), Amrasthi (Mangifera Indica, Enm.), Vasa (Adhatoda vasica, Lf.), Shveta Chandana (Santalum Album, Ht. Wd) each 0.26g shvetajiraka (Cuminum Cyminum, Fr.) 0.52g water q.s

Preservative: Sodium Benzoate I.P.

Dosage - 1 to 2 tablespoonful (15 to 30ml) with equal quantity of water after meals or as directed by the physician.

Storage Information - Keep it in normal dry and Hygiene place.
