About Coepreg Active Tablet:

Coepreg Active Tablet is formulated with Mecobalamin, L-Methylfolate Calcium, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate that used to promote optimum health and protect nerve cell in diabetic peripheral neuropathy and endothelial dysfunction and/or Hyperhomocysteinemia who present with lower extremity ulceration(s).

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Mecobalamin: 1500 mcg, L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: 500 mcg, Excipients q.s.

Colours: Lake of Ponceau 4R & Titanium Dioxide

Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate loss on storage.

Coepreg Active Tablet helps to promote optimum health and protect nerve cell in diabetic peripheral neuropathy and endothelial dysfunction and/or hyperhomocysteinemia who present with lower extremity ulceration(s).

Usage Direction of Coepreg Active Tablet:

•   Coepreg Active Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
•   Coepreg Active Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
•   Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
•   Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related Information of Coepreg Active Tablet:

•   If hypersensitive or allergic to Coepreg Active Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
•   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
•   The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
•   Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
•   Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Coepreg Active Tablet:

•   Store protected from light & moisture at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
