Cardiotech offers convenient and economical disposable ECG electrodes with snap-connect lead wires and integrated gel that adhere very well to the skin, helps to measure ECG and other biopotential dimensions. This is only for hospital and physician use.

Use:

•   Application for ECG monitoring or diagnosis with the connected equipment as medical sensors.

Directions for use:

•   Use under medical supervision.
•   Patient’s skin should be clean, dry and free from excessive hair.
•   Remove electrodes from backing material.
•   Press electrode to skin amount outer edge, continue to move pressure forward the center for best adhesion.
•   Attach lead wire to the electrode & start ECG procedure.

Safety Information:

•   Only hospital and physician use.
•   Disposable device, do not reuse.
•   Keep any unused electrodes in the original re-scalable pouch.
•   Electrode use not recommended more than 72 hrs.
