About BioDebrid Ointment:
BioDebrid Ointment contains Papain >=521700 Units, Urea 100 mg, in an Ointment base q.s. BioDebrid Ointment is used as a debriding agent by helping the breakdown of dead skin and pus, which improves the recovery time of open wounds.
Use of BioDebrid Ointment:
BioDebrid Ointment contains Urea and Papain as active ingredient which is indicated for debridement of necrotic tissue and liquefication of slough in acute and chronic lesions such as pressure ulcers, varicose and diabetic ulcers, bed sores, burns, postoperative wounds, surgical wounds, pilonidal cyst wounds, carbuncles and miscellaneous traumatic or infected wounds.
Usage direction of BioDebrid Ointment:
- BioDebrid Ointment is intended for topical use only.
- For the dose & time schedule, follow the physician’s guideline.
- Clean & dry the affected area before application.
- A thin layer of the medicine should be applied gently on the affected area.
- Keep the cap tightly closed after use.
- Refer the package insert information for proper usage direction.
