Vitamin D3: 200 IU, Vitamin B6: 1 mg, Niacinamide: 15 mg, Vitamin B12: 1 mcg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate equivalent to Elemental Zinc: 3 mg, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate equivalent to Elemental Manganese: 0.8 mg, Sodium Molybdate Dihydrate equivalent to Elemental Molybdenum: 8 mcg, Sodium Selenite Pentahydrate equivalent to Elemental Selenium: 10 mcg, Potassium Iodide equivalent to Elemental Iodine: 50 mcg, Biotin: 10 mcg, Chromium Picolinate equivalent to Elemental Chromium: 10 mcg, Beta Carotene Preparation (2.5%): 38 mg, Lysine Hydrochloride: 30 mg, Myo Inositol: 10 mg.
