Berberine Hydrochloride: 500 mg, Myo-Inositol: 550 mg, D-Chiro-Inositol: 13.8 mg, Melatonin: 1.5 mg, Chromium Picolinate: 200 mcg, L-Methylfolate: 0.05 mg.

Other Ingredients:
