Direction For Use:
- Bellavita Intense Drama Water-Proof Eyeliner is for external use only.
- Make sure the eyes are clean.
- Use the precision tip brush to apply the eyeliner, starting from the inner corner of the eyes and work the way towards the outer edge on the upper lash line.
