Dosage Information - 

•   For Adults (Men & Women) - Take 3 teaspoonsful 2 times daily. 
•   For Children (1 to 3 Years) - Take 1/2 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
•   For Children (4 to 6 Years) - Take 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
•   For Children (7 to 12 Years) - Take 2 teaspoonfuls 2 times daily or as directed by the physician.
