About Alkakem K Syrup:
Alkakem K Syrup is used to manage and prevent conditions associated with low potassium levels (hypokalemia) and to alkalize urine. It is enriched with potassium & citric acid. It is crucial for proper nerve function, muscle control, and heart rhythm. It helps to make the urine less acidic and is also often used in the treatment of certain types of kidney stones (like uric acid and cystine stones). It works by replenishing potassium in the body and increasing urinary pH and citrate excretion, which can inhibit stone formation.

Each 5 ml contains:
Potassium Citrate Monohydrate: 1100 mg, Citric Acid Monohydrate: 334 mg, Flavoured Syrupy Base: q.s.
