About Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs :

Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs is a Insulin degludec and liraglutide injection. Each ml Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs contains 100 units of Insulin degludec (600 nmol/ml) and 3.6 mg liraglutide; glycerol 19.7 mg; phenol 5.70 mg; zinc 55 mcg and water for injection.

Use of Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs :

Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs is prescribed for the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus.

Usage direction of Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs :

• Use Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs exactly as your physician tells you. Your physician will tell you the right dose and duration of use as per patient's condition. Never change or skip the dose.
• Before using Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs know the process of adjusting pen. For proper using direction please follow usage instruction pack inside.
• Administer Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs subcutaneously into the abdominal area, thigh, or deltoid, and rotate injection sites.
• The Injection solution must be clear and colourless, do not use if solution is coloured, cloudy or any floating particle observed.

Precaution & Related information of Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs :

• Do not share your Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs with other people, even if the needle has been changed.
• Please take precaution during the use of Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs in case of Hypoglycemia, Hypokalemia, Hypersensitivity, Lipoatrophy, Lipohypertrophy etc.
• Do not use the exact same spot for each injection. Do not inject where the skin has pits, is thickened, or has lumps.
• If you are taking any other medication and any other supplement please inform your physician.
• If you find any other complication during taking this medication inform your physician immediately.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Pregnancy & lactation: Please consult with your physician before use in pregnancy or lactation.
• Storage: Store unused Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs in the refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze. Do not use if it has been frozen.Store the pen you are currently using at room temperature at 59°F to 86°F (15°C to 30°C) or in a refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C).The Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs you are using should be thrown away after 21 days, even if it still has Xultophy 100/3.6 Pfs left in it and the expiration date has not passed.
