Cinnarizine 25mg

About Vertiron Tablet:

Vertiron tablet is used for the treatment of motion sickness and vertigo.

Each uncoated Vertiron tablet contains Cinnarizine 25 mg.

Cinnarizine is a non-competitive antagonist of smooth muscle contractions. It has antihistamine, sedative, and Ca-channel blocking activity. It inhibits the contraction of smooth muscle by selectively inhibiting Ca influx into depolarized cells, thereby reducing free Ca ions available for the induction and maintenance of contraction.

Use of Vertiron Tablet:

Vertiron tablet is prescribed for the treatment of nausea & vomiting associated with motion sickness, vertigo (a spinning sensation or dizziness) or Meniere's disease, tinnitus (ringing in the ears). It can also be used for vestibular symptoms of other origins.

Usage direction of Vertiron Tablet:

  • Vertiron tablet should be taken orally.
  • Vertiron tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
  • Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
  • Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Vertiron Tablet:

  • If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
  • If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
  • Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Vertiron Tablet:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protected from light.
