Composition/Salt

Acebrophylline 200mg + Desloratadine 5mg + Montelukast 10mg

About Ventocore DL Tablet:

Each Ventocore DL tablet contains Acebrophyline 200 mg, Desloratadine 5 mg and Montelukast Sodium equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg.

Acebrophylline has both muco-regulating and bronchodilating properties. Acebrophylline is used to treat bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.

Desloratadine belongs to a class of drugs called antihistamines. Desloratadine is used to relieve hay fever and allergy symptoms, including sneezing; runny nose; red, itchy, tearing eyes. It works by blocking the release of a chemical called histamine from the cells in the body.

Montelukast belongs to a class of medications called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs). Montelukast is used to prevent and treat symptoms of asthma (such as wheezing and shortness of breath) and to relieve allergic symptoms, such as a runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing. It works by blocking the action of substances in the body that cause the symptoms of asthma and allergic rhinitis.

Ventocore DL tablet is prescribed in following condition:

• Symptoms of asthma

• Other types of lung disease

Usage direction of Ventocore DL Tablet:

Ventocore DL tablet is intended for oral use only.

Ventocore DL tablet should be swallowed whole with help of water.

Ventocore DL tablet is not to be chewed or crushed.
