Valprol Syrup is an antiepileptic class of medication, indicated for the treatment of epilepsy, manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder in children.
Each 5 ml of Valprol Syrup contains Sodium Valproate 200 mg.

It is thought to achieve this in two ways: by increasing the activity of a natural 'nerve-calming' agent in the brain and preventing electrical signals from building up in nerve cells in the brain.
Use of Valprol Syrup:
Valprol Syrup is prescribed for the following conditions in children:
- Use as Monotherapy and adjunctive therapy in the management of epilepsy (A disorder, in which nerve cell activity in the brain is disturbed, causing seizures)
- Treatment of manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder
Usage Direction of Valprol Syrup:
- Valprol Syrup is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
- An easy dose syringe is provided within this pack for accurate consumption.
- Shake well before use.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
