About Ultramed D Tablet:
Each film coated Ultramed D tablet contains Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, Domperidone 10 mg and Excipients q.s.
Use of Ultramed D Tablet:
Ultramed D tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of moderate to severe pain.
Usage direction of Ultramed D Tablet:
- Ultramed D tablet should be taken orally.
- Ultramed D tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
Precaution & Related information of Ultramed D Tablet:
- If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
- If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
- Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
- Taking Paracetamol more than daily dose may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions.
- Tramadol should be used for severe acute pain only for a period not exceeding 5 days.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store below 30ºC in a dry and dark place.
