About Tocin Eye Ointment:

Tocin eye ointment is a sterile topical ointment intended for external ophthalmic use only. Tocin eye ointment contains Tobramycin (0.3% w/w) in an Ointment base q.s. The active ingredient Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic class of medication which kills eye infection causing bacteria.

 Use of Tocin Eye Ointment:

Tocin eye ointment contains the active ingredient Tobramycin, which is an antibiotic and used to treat bacterial infections of the eye (e.g., conjunctivitis) and the eyelids (e.g., blepharitis). It may also help to prevent an infection after an eye injury or surgery.

Usage direction of Tocin Eye Ointment:

• Tocin eye ointment should be applied in the eye as per doctor’s advice. Doctor will advise the right amount and the duration of use as per the patient condition.
• Sterile until opened.

Precaution & Related Information of Tocin Eye Ointment:

• Do not use Tocin eye ointment if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in the product. If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use & consult with physician.
• The ointment is for ophthalmic use only.
• Do not touch dispensing tip to any surface & keep the tube tightly closed after use.
• Pregnancy and Lactation: Please consult with physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Store in a cool & dry place. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Keep the tube closed and in the carton. Store at 2°C to 25°C.
