About Telpres H 40 mg Tablet:
Each uncoated bilayer Telpres H 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.
Use of Telpres H 40 mg Tablet:
Telpres H 40 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and associated edema.
Usage Direction of Telpres H 40 mg Tablet:
- Telpres H 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
- Telpres H 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
- Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
Precaution & Related Information of Telpres H 40 mg Tablet:
- If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
- If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
- Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected Telpres H 40 mg tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and death to the developing fetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
- Keep out of reach of children.
