About Tellzy CH 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Tellzy CH 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tellzy CH 80 mg Tablet:

Tellzy CH 80 mg tablet is used to prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It is also prescribed to reduce the risk of other cardiovascular events such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke etc.

Usage direction of Tellzy CH 80 mg Tablet:

• Tellzy CH 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tellzy CH 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tellzy CH 80 mg Tablet:

• It is moisture sensitive tablets, so do not remove from strip until before administration.
• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Tellzy CH 80 mg Tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC and protect from light & moisture.
