About Spiroflut Nasal Spray:

Spiroflut nasal spray is a steroid, used to relieve the symptoms of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis. Spiroflut nasal spray contains Fluticasone Furoate 0.055% w/w, Benzalkonium Chloride 0.015% w/w (added as preservative). Each actuation delivers Fluticasone Furoate 27.5 mcg.

Fluticasone has potent anti-inflammatory actions. It is believed that fluticasone exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Use of Spiroflut Nasal Spray:

Spiroflut nasal spray is prescribed for the management of the nasal symptoms associated with seasonal or perennial allergic and non-allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents, and pediatric patients, 4 years of age and older.

Usage direction of Spiroflut Nasal Spray:

• Spiroflut nasal spray is intended for nasal use only.

• Before using Spiroflut nasal spray, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.

• Shake well before use.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not discontinue use without physicians’ advice.
