About Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj:

Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj is an antipsychotic medication used to treat schizophrenia.

Each ml of Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj contains Flupentixol Decanoate 20 mg and Fractioned coconut oil q.s.

Flupentixol, a thioxanthene derivative antipsychotic agent, inhibits the postsynaptic dopamine receptors in the CNS which results in the blockage of dopamine-mediated effects.

Use of Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj:

Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj is prescribed for the management of psychosis (including delusions, hallucinations, paranoia, or disordered thought), principally in schizophrenia but also in a range of other psychotic disorders. It can also be used to treat depression with or without anxiety.

Usage direction of Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj:

  • Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj is intended for deep intramuscular use only.
  • For dosage and administration please check the package leaflet or label instruction.
  • Spenzo Depot 20 20 mg/ml Inj is given under the supervision of the physician. Kindly do not self-administer.
  • Dispose the needle after use.
