About Solzam MD 10 mg Tablet:

Each Solzam MD 5 mg tablet contains Clobazam 5 mg.

Solzam MD 10 mg tablet binds at distinct binding sites associated with the chloride ionopore at the post-synaptic GABA receptor, thereby increasing neuronal membrane permeability to Cl ions and enhancing the inhibitory effect of GABA. As a result, hyperpolarization and stabilization of the membrane occur.

Use of Solzam MD 10 mg Tablet:

Solzam MD 10 mg tablet belongs to a class of medicines known as benzodiazepines.

Solzam MD 10 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of acute & chronic anxiety states and as an adjunctive therapy in patients with refractory epilepsy.

Usage direction of Solzam MD 10 mg Tablet:

  • Solzam MD 10 mg tablet should be taken orally.
  • Do not swallow the whole tablet.
  • Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
