Softdrops PM Gel is used to treat symptoms associated with dry eyes.
Softdrops PM Gel contains light mineral oil 1.0% w/w, white mineral oil 4.5% w/w in a sterile gel base q.s.
Light mineral oil and White mineral oil have emollient and lubricant properties respectively. This combination gel moistens and softens the eyes, helps protect the eye from injury and infection, and decreases dry eye symptoms such as burning, itching, and irritation.
Use of Softdrops PM Gel :
Softdrops PM Eye Gel is prescribed for the treatment of dry eye symptoms. It relieves eye burning, itching, and irritation by lubricating and moisturizing the eyes.
Usage direction of Softdrops PM Gel :
- Softdrops PM Gel is intended for external ophthalmic use only.
- As per the patient’s conditions, the Physician/Ophthalmologist will advise the proper dose and the duration of the application.
- Before applying this ophthalmic gel wash the hands first.
- It is advised to check the package insert or label instruction before applying.
- Don’t skip or stop the dose without the physician’s advice.
- Don’t apply more than the prescribed quantity.
- Replace the cap tightly after every use.
Precaution & Related information of Softdrops PM Gel :
- If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician/ ophthalmologist immediately.
- If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician/ophthalmologist.
- Do not use any other outside article to puncture the diaphragm.
- Use within one month after opening the tube.
- Please consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
- Store below 30°C. Do not freeze.
- Keep out of reach of children.
