About Sino Spray:

Sino spray is a steroid, used to relieve the symptoms of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis. Sino spray contains Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% w/v, Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 0.02% w/v (As a preservative) and Phenyl Ethyl Alcohol 0.25% w/v (As a preservative). Each spray delivers Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg.

Fluticasone has potent anti-inflammatory actions. It is believed that fluticasone exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Use of Sino Spray:

Sino spray is prescribed for the management of the nasal symptoms associated with seasonal or perennial allergic and non-allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents, and pediatric patients, 4 years of age and older.

Usage direction of Sino Spray:

• Sino spray meant for nasal use only.

• Before using Sino spray, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.

• Shake well before each use.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not discontinue use without physicians’ advice.

Precaution should be taken & consult with the physician during following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its components.

• Inform your physician if you are going through any other treatment.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Sino Spray:

Store protected from moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
