Similac Plus 3 Follow Up Formula is designed for babies who are 12 - 24 months old. It is a follow up formula with added FOS, Lutein, Vitamin E and DHA that helps to meet the nutritional requirements for babies after 12 months of age.

Ingredients On Preparation:

Water, lactose, nonfat dry milk, edible vegetable oils (2.6%) (coconut oil, high oleic sunflower oil, medium chain triglycerides oil, low erucic rapeseed oil, soy oil), corn syrup solids, whey protein concentrate, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) (0.2%), MINERALS, arachidonic acid (AA) from M. alpina oil, emulsifier (soy lecithin), choline bitartrate (0.018%), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from Schizochytrium oil, VITAMINS", nucleotides (0.009%), taurine (0.007%), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, mixed tocopherols), lutein.

Directions For Use:

  •   Use as directed by your baby’s physician.
  •   Proper hygiene , handling and storage are important when preparing follow-up formula. Failure to follow these instructions can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your baby.
  •   Powdered follow-up formula s are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby’s physician.
  •   Use water that has previously been boiled at the full rolling boil for 5 minutes. Allow the water to cool to lukewarm and follow mixing instructions carefully.
  •   Use only the scoop enclosed in this tin to measure Similac Plus 3 Powder. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

Warning / Caution -

  •   Infant food / Infant milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant. Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food / infant milk substitute is most essential for health. Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant. Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant. Never use a microwave oven to prepare or warm formula, serious burns can result. Infant food shall be introduced after the age of six months and upto the age of 2 years. Infant food / Infant milk substitute should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.

Storage Information -

  •   Store unopened tin under normal room temperature conditions. Once this tin is opened, contents should be used within two weeks or within expiry date whichever is earlier. Cover opened tin and store in a cool, dry place (Not in refrigerator).
