About Seroflo 250 mcg Inhaler:
Seroflo 250 mcg inhaler is used to manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Each actuation delivers Salmeterol (as Salmeterol Xinafoate) 25 mcg, Fluticasone Propionate 250 mcg and suspended in propellant HFA 134a q.s.
Salmeterol is an agonist of beta2-adrenergic receptors (found predominantly in bronchial smooth muscle). Beta-2 adrenoceptor stimulation causes relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle, bronchodilation, and increased airflow.
Fluticasone propionate is a synthetic, trifluorinated glucocorticoid with potent anti-inflammatory activity. It exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells and mediators involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

inhaler is indicated in the regular
treatment of asthma, where the use of a combination (long-acting beta2-agonist
and inhaled corticosteroid) has been found to be appropriate, and in patients
with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Usage
direction of Seroflo 250 mcg Inhaler:
• Before using Seroflo 250 mcg inhaler, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.
• Seroflo 250 mcg inhaler is indicated for inhalation through mouth only.
• Gently shake the container immediately before use.
• Close the mouthpiece cover immediately after every inhalation.
• Do not discontinue without physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
