About Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg Synchrobreathe:

Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg synchrobreathe is used to manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Each actuation Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg synchrobreathe delivers Salmeterol (as Salmeterol Xinafoate) 25 mcg, Fluticasone Propionate 125 mcg and suspended in propellant HFA 134a q.s. It also contains Absolute Alcohol 3.07% v/v.

Salmeterol is an agonist of beta2-adrenergic receptors (found predominantly in bronchial smooth muscle). Beta-2 adrenoceptor stimulation causes relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle, bronchodilation, and increased airflow.

Fluticasone propionate is a synthetic, trifluorinated glucocorticoid with potent anti-inflammatory activity. It exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells and mediators involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Use of Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg Synchrobreathe:

Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg synchrobreathe is indicated in the regular treatment of asthma, where the use of a combination (long-acting beta2-agonist and inhaled corticosteroid) has been found to be appropriate, and in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Usage direction of Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg Synchrobreathe:

• Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg Synchrobreathe is intended for inhalation use only.

• Before using Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg synchrobreathe, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.

• Gently shake the container immediately before use.

• Close the mouthpiece cover immediately after every inhalation.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not discontinue without physician’s advice.

Precaution should be taken & consult with the physician during following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its components.

• Inform your physician if you are going through any other treatment.

• Do not push a cloth or anything else into any part of the synchrobreathe. This may cause damage to its operating parts.

• Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg synchrobreathe should never be washed. It should always be kept dry.

• Do not puncture, break or burn even when apparently empty.

• Keep away from eyes.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

• Keep away from children.

Storage condition of Seroflo 25 mcg/125 mcg Synchrobreathe:

Store between 15°C to 25°C. Do not freeze. Keep away from sunlight and heat.
