About Seroflo 125 mcg Autohaler:
Seroflo 125 mcg autohaler is used to manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Each actuation delivers Salmeterol (as Salmeterol Xinafoate) 25 mcg, Fluticasone Propionate 125 mcg, Suspended in propellant HFA 134a q.s. and Contains absolute alcohol 7.40% v/v.
Salmeterol is an agonist of beta2-adrenergic receptors (found predominantly in bronchial smooth muscle). Beta-2 adrenoceptor stimulation causes relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle, bronchodilation, and increased airflow.
Fluticasone propionate is a synthetic, trifluorinated glucocorticoid with potent anti-inflammatory activity. It exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells and mediators involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Usage
direction of Seroflo 125 mcg Autohaler:
• Before using Seroflo 125 mcg autohaler, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.
• Seroflo 125 mcg autohaler is indicated for inhalation through mouth only.
• Gently shake the container immediately before use.
• Close the mouthpiece cover immediately after every inhalation.
• Do not discontinue without physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
