Each Prefilled Pen contains 3 ml cartridge of Semaglutide.

Each 3 ml cartridge contains Semaglutide 6.8 mg.

Each 1 ml of Semaglutide Solution for Injection contains 2.27 mg.

• Missed Dose

Patients using Semasize should not take an extra dose to compensate for a missed dose.

Additionally, Semasize is contraindicated in patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Semasize should be avoided in individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). It is also not recommended for patients with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), a genetic disorder that increases the risk of thyroid cancer.
