About Risofos 35 mg Tablet:

Risofos 35 mg Tablet is used for the treatment of bone diseases including osteoporosis and paget’s disease.

Each film-coated Risofos 35 mg Tablet contains Risedronate Sodium Hemi-Pentahydrate equivalent to Risedronate Sodium 35 mg.

Risedronate Sodium belongs to bisphosphonates class of medications, which is used to treat bone diseases. It works directly on the bones to make them stronger and therefore less likely to break.

Use of Risofos 35 mg Tablet:

Risofos 35 mg Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of:

• Corticosteroid induced osteoporosis
• Postmenopausal osteoporosis
• Paget’s disease of bone

Usage Direction of Risofos 35 mg Tablet:

• Risofos 35 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the Endocrinologist/ Rheumatologists/ Gynaecologist/ Orthopedics Surgeon.
• Risofos 35 mg Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the Endocrinologist/Rheumatologist / Gynaecologist/ Orthopedic Surgeon’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
• Before consumption please check the package insert leaflet that comes up with the medicine.

Precaution & Related information of Risofos 35 mg Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Risofos 35 mg Tablet, inform the Endocrinologist/ Rheumatologists/ Gynaecologist/ Orthopedics Surgeon immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the Endocrinologist/ Rheumatologists/ Gynaecologist/ Orthopedics Surgeon immediately.
• The Endocrinologist/ Rheumatologists/ Gynaecologist/ Orthopedics Surgeon should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the Endocrinologist/ Rheumatologists/ Gynaecologist/ Orthopedics Surgeon during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Risofos 35 mg Tablet:

• Store protected from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
