About R Vac Vaccine:

R Vac (Rubella vaccine - live) is indicated for active immunization against Rubella.

Each dose of 0.5 ml contains not less than 1000 CCID50 of Rubella virus

Reconstitute with 0.5 ml Sterile Water for Injections

R Vac Vaccine is a live vaccine. This vaccine consists of a small amount of the weakened live virus which stimulates the immune system to produce antibodies to protect against rubella infections.  

Use of R Vac Vaccine:

R Vac Vaccine is prescribed for active immunization against Rubella.

Usage Direction of R Vac Vaccine:

  • R Vac Vaccine is intended for subcutaneous use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
  • Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
  • Do not use more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of R Vac Vaccine:

  • If hypersensitive or allergic to R Vac Vaccine, inform the physician immediately.  
  • If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
  • Use immediately after reconstitution.
  • Do not administer to a pregnant woman.
  • Consult with physician during lactation.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of R Vac Vaccine:

Store between +2°C and +8°C. Protect from light.
