About Polyemoise Eye Drops:

Polyemoise Eye Drops is a lubricating eye drop, contains polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol that are used as artificial tears . It used to treat of dry eyes disease. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort caused by dry eyes. It also reduces redness and swelling of the eye.

Composition:

Polyethylene Glycol 400: 0.4% w/v, Propylene Glycol: 0.3% w/v, Sterile Aqueous base: q.s.

• Used to treat of dry eyes disease.
• Reduces redness and swelling of the eye.
• Provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort caused by dry eyes.

Usage Direction Of Polyemoise Eye Drops:

• Polyemoise Eye Drops is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Tighten the cap on the nozzle by turning its as shown. The spike in the cap will pierce the tip of the vial.
• The vial is ready for use when the cap is opened.
• Close the bottle tightly after use to ensure stability of the solution.
• Do not skip or stop using Polyemoise Eye Drops without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
• Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information Of Polyemoise Eye Drops:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Polyemoise Eye Drops, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• Polyemoise Eye Drops is not used for injection.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with with any other products.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Warning:

• If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician.
• Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container. If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown it should be discarded.

Storage Condition Of Polyemoise Eye Drops:

• Store in a cool, dry & dark place.
