About Pilomax Tablet:

Pilomax Tablet is indicated for the treatment of certain forms of glaucoma.

Each film-coated Pilomax Tablet contains Pilocarpine Hydrochloride 5 mg.

Pilocarpine belongs to a group of medicines called miotics that acts directly on cholinergic receptors within the eye. It allows the excess fluid to drain out from the eye, thus lowering the elevated eye pressure. It also helps to reverse the effect of drugs that cause the pupil of the eye to get bigger.

Use of Pilomax Tablet:

Pilomax Tablet is a miotic group of medicines prescribed for the treatment of certain forms of glaucoma by lowing the high pressure inside the eye. Therefore, helping to prevent vision loss and nerve damage.

Usage Direction of Pilomax Tablet:

• Pilomax Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose & direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Pilomax Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Pilomax Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Pilomax Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Pilomax Tablet:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light & moisture.
