About Phytoral Ointment:

 Phytoral ointment is an anti-fungal preparation intended for topical dermatological use only. Phytoral ointment contains Ketoconazole 2% w/w, in an Ointment base q.s. The active ingredient Ketoconazole is an antifungal class of medication which attacks and kills the fungus or yeast that is causing skin infections.

 Use of Phytoral Ointment:

Phytoral ointment contains the broad-spectrum synthetic antifungal agent ketoconazole, which is an antifungal used to treat fungal infections.

Usage direction of Phytoral Ointment:

  • Phytoral ointment should be applied topically as per doctor’s advice. Doctor will advise the right amount and the duration as per the patient condition.
  • Apply gently on the affected areas or as directed by the physicians.
  • Pierce seal of the tube with the spike provided in the cap.
  • Replace the cap securely after use.

Precaution & Related Information of Phytoral Ointment:

  • Do not use Phytoral ointment if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in the product.
  • The ointment is for external use only.
  • Pregnancy and Lactation: Pregnancy Category C. Do not use the ointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised to by your doctor. Ask your doctor for advice before taking any medicine.
  • Store in a cool & dry place not exceeding the temperature 25°C. Do not freeze.
