About Pernil 5% Lotion:

Pernil 5% Lotion is an anti-parasitic medication indicated for the treatment of scabies and lice infestation.

Pernil 5% Lotion contains Permethrin 5.0% w/w.

Permethrin belongs to an anti-parasitic class of medication. It affects the sodium transport channel, thus causing depolarization and leading to the death of the affected parasites. It also kills head lice and their eggs, which causes intense itching.

Use of Pernil 5% Lotion:

Pernil 5% Lotion is prescribed for the treatment of scabies and pediculosis capitis (Head lice and nits), where tiny insects infest and irritate the skin.

Usage Direction of Pernil 5% Lotion:

• Pernil 5% Lotion is intended for external use only or as directed by the physician.
• Do not skip or stop the application without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
• Before application of this lotion, please check the package insert, that comes with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Pernil 5% Lotion:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Pernil 5% Lotion, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this lotion with any other products.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Not recommended for children under 2 months.
• Avoid using during pregnancy and lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Pernil 5% Lotion:

• Store at a temperature below 25°C.
