About Paro 40 mg Tablet:

Paro 40 mg tablet is an antidepressant medication used to treat adults with depression or anxiety disorders.

Each Paro 40 mg tablet contains Paroxetine 40 mg.

Paroxetine is a potent selective inhibitor of serotonin reuptake from the brain synapse, thereby stimulating serotonin activity in the brain and relieving symptoms of depression & anxiety.

Uses of Paro 40 mg Tablet:

Paro 40 mg tablet is prescribed for treatment of the following conditions:

• Major depressive disorder
• Obsessive-Compulsive disorder
• Generalized anxiety disorder
• Panic disorder with or without agrophobia
• Social anxiety disorder
• Post-traumatic stress
• Pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, etc.

Uses Direction of Paro 40 mg Tablet:

• Paro 40 mg tablet is intended for oral use only in a dose & direction as advised by the physician.
• Paro 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
