Each film coated tablet contains Clarithromycin 500mg and Excipients q.s.

Each enteric coated tablet contains Pantoprazole Sodium equivalent to Pantoprazole 40mg and Excipients q.s.
C. Amoxicillin Tablets 2 Tablets:
Each film coated Tablet contains Amoxycillin Trihydrate equivalent to Amoxycillin 750mg and Excipients q.s.
Use of Pantocid HP Kit Tablet:
Pantocid HP Kit tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of Peptic ulcers caused by Helicobacter-pylori infection.
Usage direction of Pantocid HP Kit Tablet:
- Pantocid HP Kit tablet should be taken orally.
- Pantocid HP Kit tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
