About Ovral G Tablet:

Each Uncoated  Ovral G tablet contains Norgestrel I.P. 0.5 mg, Ethinyloestradiol I.P. 0.05 mg, and Excipients q.s.

Norgestrel is a progestogen derived from nortestosterone while ethinylestradiol is a synthetic estrogen. When used together, they inhibit ovulation and affect other changes such as changes in the cervical mucus and the endometrium, which makes conception unfavorable.

Use of Ovral G Tablet:

Ovral G tablet is an oral contraceptive used to prevent ovulation & pregnancy. It helps prevent the release and fertilization of the egg. Ovral G tablet can also be used for the treatment of irregular periods.

Usage Direction of Ovral G Tablet :

• Ovral G tablet should be taken orally in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Ovral G tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medication without the Physician's advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
