Each soft gelatin Ovin D3 60 K capsule contains Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 1.5 mg approximately equal to 60000 I.U. and Excipients q.s.

Cholecalciferol, also called vitamin D3, has numerous health benefits. Cholecalciferol is produced naturally by ultraviolet irradiation of the provitamin, 7- dehydrocholesterol (a precursor of vitamin D) in the skin. It enhances intestinal calcium & phosphate absorptions, maintains strong bones, and helps prevent phosphaturia by inhibiting parathyroid hormone secretion.
