About Otoflu Eye/Ear Drop:
Otoflu eye/ear drop is prescribed for the treatment of fungal infection both eye and ear. Otoflu eye/ear drop contains Fluconazole 0.3% w/v, Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 0.02% w/v (As preservative) and Water for injection q.s.
Fluconazole is a triazole antifungal drug used in the treatment and prevention of superficial and systemic fungal infections. It inhibits ergosterol is an essential component of the fungal cytoplasmic membrane. Fluconazole is a drug indicated for the treatment of fungal infections including candidiasis caused by candida.
Use of Otoflu Eye/Ear Drop:
Otoflu eye/ear drop is prescribed for the treatment of fungal infections of both eye and ear. Fluconazole works by inhibiting or stopping the growth of fungus that cause infection.
Usage direction of Otoflu Eye/Ear Drop:
• Otoflu eye/ear drop is intended for both eye and ear use.
• Read the pack insert before use.
• Wash your hands before each application.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the vial.
• Do not skip or stop the dose without doctor’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed dose.
• Replace the cap after every use.
