About Oosure M Tablet:

Each film coated Oosure M tablet contains Myo-inositol 550 mg, D-Chiro-Inositol 13.8 mg, Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg, L-Methylfolate Calcium 0.5 mg, Mecobalamin 750 mcg.

Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol are considered members of the B-vitamin group. Myo and D-Chiro Inositol work as secondary messengers relaying signals involved in insulin regulation. It is believed that women with PCOS may have a defect in the body’s ability to convert Myo-Inositol into D-Chiro Inositol, which contributes to insulin resistance and infertility.

Metformin is usually used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. Metformin can also help relieve insulin resistance in women with PCOS. It works by improving insulin sensitivity which in turn decreases insulin resistance and glucose production in patient’s body.

L-Methylfolate Calcium is another form of Vitamin which is essential for to many body functions. The role of folate involves many complex processes that boil down to a few very important things.
