Omez Dsr Capsule is a combination medicine, used to treat symptoms of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and related digestive issues, when Omeprazole alone is not effective enough to manage.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease occurs when stomach acid flows back into the food pipe, leading to heartburn and possible esophageal injury. Omez Dsr Capsule is composed of two main ingredients: Omeprazole and Domperidone. Omeprazole reduces stomach acid production, while Domperidone helps improve stomach movement and prevents nausea. How Omez Dsr Capsule works:

Take Omez Dsr Capsule strictly according to the prescribed dose and time, as directed by your doctor. It is important to swallow Omez Dsr Capsule whole without chewing, crushing or breaking it, and ideally at the same time each day. Do not stop or change the dosage of Aciloc RD without consulting your doctor, as this may prevent you from achieving the desired results. • Missed Dose

In case you miss a dose of Omez Dsr Capsule, take it as soon as it is remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose of Aciloc RD, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing plan. Avoid taking a double dose of Aciloc RD to make up for a missed one.

• Overdose

If you accidentally take Omez Dsr Capsule more than your prescribed dose, seek immediate medical advice, as this may cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, depression, altered consciousness or hyper motility.

Contraindications of Omez Dsr Capsule:

Do not take Omez Dsr Capsule if you are allergic or hypersensitive to Omeprazole, Domperidone, or any of the ingredients in this medication. Omez Dsr Capsule should also be avoided if you have moderate to severe liver or kidney disease, a tumour of the pituitary gland (prolactinoma), stomach or intestinal bleeding, blockage, or perforation. It is also unsafe for people with heart rhythm problems, heart failure, or low potassium or magnesium levels, and also if you are taking any medicine to treat of HIV-infection.

Before starting Omez Dsr Capsule, inform your doctor if you have severe liver or kidney disease, gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal surgery, low magnesium levels, bone fractures, atrophic gastritis, acute interstitial nephritis, and Clostridium difficile–associated diarrhea. Also, let your doctor know if you are taking this medicine for a long time, which may lead to Vitamin B12 deficiency.

To help manage these, drink plenty of water, avoid foods that may cause gas, eat fiber-rich foods, and rest if you experience light headedness. Additionally, some uncommon side effects have also been reported, such as severe or persistent diarrhea, problems in urination, joint pain along with a red skin rash, liver problems and may also require immediate medical attention.
