About Nuflucon Ear Drop:

Nuflucon ear drop is prescribed for the treatment of fungal ear infection. Nuflucon ear drop contains Fluconazole 0.3% w/v, Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01% w/v (As preservative) and Aqueous Base q.s.

Fluconazole belongs to a class of triazoles, which works by interfering in the growth of the fungus. Fluconazole inhibits the production of a chemical called ergosterol, which is a component of the fungal cell membrane. Damage to this membrane cannot be repaired and this interferes with the cell's ability to reproduce. Fluconazole in Nuflucon ear drop is the best tolerated of all azoles and has excellent activity against candidiasis.

Use of Nuflucon Ear Drop:

Nuflucon ear drop is prescribed for the treatment of otomycosis caused by aspergillus and candida species. Nuflucon ear drop has excellent activity against candidiasis and relieves discomfort, itching and irritation in the ear canal. It also used in perforated ear.

Usage direction of Nuflucon Ear Drop:

• Nuflucon ear drop is intended for topical use.

• Read the pack insert before use.

• Wash your hands before each application.

• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.

• Do not skip or stop the dose without doctor’s advice.

• Do not apply more than the prescribed dose.

• Keep the cap on dropper nozzle after every use.

Precaution & Related information of Nuflucon Ear Drop:

• Nuflucon ear drop is for external use only, not for injection.

• Avoid touching the nozzle tip to any surface during or after use. Doing so may contaminate the contains of the bottle.

• If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown it should be discarded.

• If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use and consult the physician.

• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Store in a cool & dark place. Keep the container tightly closed.
