About Nexonac Gel:
Nexonac Gel is a pain reliever gel that is prescribed for quick relief from swelling and sprain, backache, joint and muscular pain.
Composition:
Diclofenac Diethylamine (equivalent to Diclofenac Sodium 1% w/w): 1.16% w/w, Linseed Oil: 3.00% w/w, Methyl Salicylate: 10.00% w/w, Menthol: 5.00% w/w, Benzyl Alcohol 1.00% w/w (as preservatives) in a gel base q.s.
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing the formation of prostaglandins, thromboxanes and prostacyclin. The reduction of this chemicals relieves pain & inflammation.
Linseed Oil has anti-inflammatory properties and thus lowers inflammation.
Methyl Salicylate is used as topical analgesic (pain reliever) and also provides counter-irritant effects by inducing a sensation of heat or cold.
Menthol acts as a rubefacient and causes localized vasodilatation, which gives feelings of comfort and warmth. It also enhances the absorption of diclofenac.

Nexonac Gel is prescribed to quick relief from swelling and sprain, backache, joint and muscular pain.
Usage Direction of Nexonac Gel:
- Nexonac Gel is recommended to apply topically in dose & direction as prescribed by the physician.
- Take optimum quantity according to area of use and apply gently.
- Replace the cap tightly after every use.
- Application more than the prescribed quantity is prohibited.
- Do not stop or skip the medicine without consulting a physician.
