About Nebzmart 1 mg Respules 2 ml:

Nebzmart 1 mg respule is used to relieve symptoms of asthma. Each 2 ml suspension contains Budesonide 1 mg.

Budesonide is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties. Budesonide induces the expression of glucocorticoid-responsive genes that encode anti-inflammatory mediators such as certain anti-inflammatory cytokines and lipocortins. As a result, the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes is prevented, which are responsible for inflammation.

Use of Nebzmart 1 mg Respules 2 ml:

Nebzmart 1 mg respule belongs to a group of medicines called corticosteroids. Nebzmart 1 mg respule is prescribed as prophylactic therapy in persistent asthma and to reduce exacerbations of COPD. This medicine is not for the relief of acute bronchospasm.

Usage direction of Nebzmart 1 mg Respules 2 ml:

• Nebzmart 1 mg respule is meant for inhalation use only. It is not to be injected or administered orally.

• Before using Nebzmart 1 mg respule know the administration process properly from the pack.

• Nebzmart 1 mg respule should be used with either a respirator or a nebuliser, under the direction of a physician.

• Shake well before use.

• Once the foil pouch is opened the smartules should be used within one month.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not discontinue use without physicians’ advice.

Precaution should be taken & consult with the physician during following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its components.

• Inform your physician if you are going through any other treatment.

• Do not use if the suspension is discoloured, leak found on squeezing or contains visible black particles.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Nebzmart 1 mg Respules 2 ml:

Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Store the smartules in foil pouch at all times.
