About Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution:

Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution is a combination medicine, indicated for steroid-responsive inflammatory conditions of the eye.

Each ml contains Tobramycin (As Tobramycin Sulphate) 0.3% w/v, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate equivalent to Dexamethasone Phosphate 0.1% w/v.

Tobramycin belongs to a class of antibacterial medicines. It prevents bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which is required for the bacteria to grow and multiply.

Dexamethasone belongs to a class of steroid medicines. It controls inflammation by inhibiting the production of certain chemicals (inflammatory mediators) in the body.

Use of Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution:

Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution is prescribed for steroid-responsive inflammatory conditions of the eye for which a corticosteroid is indicated and where superficial bacterial eye infection or a risk of bacterial eye infection exists.  

Usage Direction of Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution:

• Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not use more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• Indiscriminate and prolonged use of this preparation may lead to glaucoma, cataract, and fungal infections.
• Not for injection.
• Do not freeze.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Nebracin DM Ophthalmic Solution:

Keep in a cool, dark place.
